1 Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

- "Platform" means the slotwin website, mobile site, and all associated services, game content, payment systems, and support channels available at slotwin.lat.

2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. slotwin makes no representation that the Platform is available or suitable for use in locations outside the Philippines. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at the Player's own risk and is not condoned or supported by slotwin.
2.3 Registration Requirements
To register an account on slotwin, you must provide:
- A valid Philippine mobile number (+63 prefix) or a working email address;
- A secure password meeting slotwin's minimum security requirements;
- Accurate and truthful personal information including your full legal name and date of birth;
- Confirmation that you are at least 21 years of age and that online gambling is lawful in your location.
You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any information changes. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension without prior notice.
2.4 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one active registered account on the slotwin Platform. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If slotwin identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all accounts other than the original verified account may be suspended and any associated balances forfeited. Players who have previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform are prohibited from re-registering under any name or using any other contact details.
3 Account Management
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your login password and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party and to notify slotwin support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. slotwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
3.2 KYC Verification
slotwin is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR framework obligations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of:
- A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (e.g., UMID, driver's license, Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or Postal ID);
- A clear, unobstructed selfie photograph of the account holder;
- Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name) if requested.
slotwin aims to complete standard KYC reviews within one to four business hours of submission. Additional documentation may be requested at slotwin's sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
3.3 Account Currency
All account balances on slotwin are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of processing. slotwin is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by your payment provider.
4 Deposits & Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
slotwin accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and PesoNet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier.
4.2 Deposit Processing
GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your slotwin account balance within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PesoNet may take between 15 minutes and 2 business hours depending on interbank processing times. slotwin is not responsible for delays attributable to payment processors, financial institutions, or network outages outside slotwin's direct control.
4.3 Deposit Accuracy
You are responsible for ensuring that deposit transactions are initiated correctly, including the correct destination account details and reference numbers where required. Deposits made in error to incorrect accounts are subject to the correction policies of the applicable payment provider and are not automatically recoverable by slotwin.
5 Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
Withdrawals are available exclusively to verified accounts that have completed KYC. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified slotwin account. slotwin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.2 Processing Times
Standard withdrawal processing times, subject to verification status and account tier, are as follows:
- GCash / Maya: Target 15–30 minutes for Gold and Diamond tier accounts; up to 2 business hours for Bronze and Silver tier accounts.
- Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet): 1–4 business hours subject to interbank processing windows.
Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of high platform volume, system maintenance, or triggered AML review may experience extended processing times. slotwin will communicate material delays via your registered contact details.
5.3 Withdrawal Holds and AML Review
slotwin is obligated under Philippine AML law to monitor transactions for suspicious activity. Withdrawals that trigger automated AML thresholds may be placed on a temporary hold pending manual review. During such review, slotwin may request supporting documentation including proof of the source of funds deposited. Cooperation with AML review requests is a condition of maintaining an active slotwin account.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional rewards offered by slotwin are subject to wagering requirements and any additional terms specified at the time the promotion is communicated. By accepting a bonus, you agree to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements

6.3 Bonus Abuse
slotwin reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover any bonus or winnings derived from promotional credit where slotwin determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; wagering patterns designed to exploit promotional terms with minimal real risk; collusion between multiple players to trigger referral or group bonuses fraudulently; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
6.4 Bonus Expiry
Unclaimed or unused bonus credits expire according to the terms specified per promotion. Where no specific expiry is communicated, bonus credits expire 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonus credits are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
7 Gaming Rules
7.1 Game Integrity
All digital games available on the slotwin Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. 8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slotwin Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:
- Use of the Platform by any person under 21 years of age;
- Registration of multiple accounts or use of another person's account;
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
- Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or payment systems;
- Money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity in violation of Philippine AML law;
- Collusion with other players, dealers, or platform staff;
- Charging back or reversing deposits after using the deposited funds for wagering;
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with Platform operations, servers, or infrastructure;
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing slotwin staff or other players via any communication channel.
9 Responsible Gaming
9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of slotwin.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slotwin shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
- Losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures beyond slotwin's reasonable control;

- Actions of third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet service providers affecting deposit or withdrawal transactions;
- Unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
Nothing in these Terms limits slotwin's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by slotwin's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12 Account Termination
12.1 Termination by Player
You may request closure of your slotwin account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure request, slotwin will process any outstanding withdrawable real money balance to your verified payment account after completing any pending AML or verification checks. Bonus credits not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
12.2 Termination by slotwin
slotwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:
- A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected;
- Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct is identified;
- slotwin is required to do so under applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulatory obligation;
- An AML investigation necessitates account restriction pending outcome;
- The account holder is identified as a self-excluded player who re-registered in violation of these Terms.
13 Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your slotwin account, a game outcome, a payment transaction, or any other aspect of the Platform, you should first contact slotwin's customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. slotwin aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
For disputes that cannot be resolved through direct support engagement, slotwin operates an internal escalation process that refers unresolved complaints to the senior compliance team for independent review. The outcome of the internal escalation review will be communicated to you in writing within 10 business days of escalation.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through slotwin's internal process, the dispute shall be subject to resolution in accordance with applicable Philippine law and under the jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.
14 Amendments to These Terms
slotwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at slotwin.lat/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.
15 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:
- Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), as amended;
- Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001), as amended by Republic Acts No. 9194, 10167, 10365, and 10927;
- Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations;
- The Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) where applicable;
- All applicable PAGCOR memorandum circulars and regulatory issuances governing online gaming operators.
Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
